I made it for my daughter to play side-on beat-ems and platform games on her PC.Not using arcade parts means it's cheaper to make and could be reduced in size as it only needs to contain microswitches and a RP2040 Zero to act as an encoder. I'm located in Australia and I get the RP2040 Zero through Aliexpress for $3, with free postage if you buy five and it's a similar deal on Type-c usb cables. So hopefully wherever you are located you can shop around and get them for a similar price. As an encoder they work well and the PC sees them as Xbox 360 pads. You can source the firmware and wiring diagrams/instructions from here:https://gp2040-ce.info/ Also: The buttons are supposed to be printed on their side as this will give them a smoother motion. Thanks for your support!
